Lahore: Sohail Alam, Member of the Minority Advisory Council, Punjab, congratulated Lieutenant General Aamer Raza, HI(M), SBt, on his promotion to Four-Star General and appointment as Commander National Strategic Command. He described this advancement as recognition of General Raza's professional competence, integrity, and distinguished service to Pakistan. In an official statement, Sohail Alam stated that General Aamer Raza’s appointment reflects confidence in his leadership and strategic vision at a critical time for the nation’s defence and security.

He also paid tribute to Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, noting that his leadership and commitment have strengthened the operational readiness, professionalism, and reputation of the Pakistan Armed Forces. He added that under the Field Marshal’s command, the Armed Forces continue to safeguard Pakistan’s sovereignty and national interests with courage, discipline, and sacrifice.

Sohail Alam also commended the officers and personnel of the Pakistan Armed Forces for their selfless service and sacrifices in maintaining the country’s security, stability, and peace. He affirmed that the nation takes great pride in its defenders, whose dedication is the foundation of Pakistan’s strength and resilience.
